Zambia are a good pick in this one as they have shown they are a good African team. In the 2015 African Cup of nations they tied with Cape Verde and Congo DR and lost only 2-1 to Tunisia.

Last month they beat Ghana 3-0 and lost to Malawi 1-0, which isn't too bad. They will want to take care of business at home and get the 3 points from the weaker team. I can't find recent activity for Guinea-Bissou and think they don't really have a strong team. Not one that can beat Zambia on the road.
